ACCESS WEST RECYCLING CORPORATION toner cartridges are remanufactured under the most stringent quality control standards and their quality is fully guaranteed to meet or exceed that of the original equipment manufacturer. ACCESS WEST RECYCLING CORPORATION warrants that each remanufactured cartridge sold by it to be free of defects in both material and workmanship under normal use and service until the cartridge is empty.* Any cartridge that fails to deliver satisfactory performance within the warranty period will be replaced or refunded at our discretion. (Test print showing print defect must accompany returned cartridge) This warranty does not cover damage that results from alteration, accident, misuse, abuse or neglect. We further guarantee that this cartridge will not damage your printer. Should damage occur during the manufacturer's warranty period and the cartridge is deemed to be at fault, we will, after inspection and verification by us, repair or replace the damaged printer part at no charge to you. ACCESS WEST RECYCLING CORPORATION'S liability under this warranty is limited to the remedies already stated and is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. In no event shall ACCESS WEST RECYCLING CORPORATION be liable for collateral, consequential, indirect or incidental damages arising out of or connected in anyway with the use or loss of us of any cartridge or printer. *Cartridge with less than 10% of the toner remaining is considered empty
