Returns Procedures
We take great pride in the quality of our product. In fact, our failure rate is well below 3%! However, on occasion, a cartridge fails to perform up to your expectations.
When this happens we will replace your cartridge immediately at no charge to you.
To ensure that you are not subsequently charged for the replacement cartridge please review our basic conditions detailed below:
- All returns must be accompanied with a print sample showing the problem, and the cartridge must be in the original packaging.
- Upon examination of the cartridge by our technicians, if the defect is due to workmanship or component failure, please accept our apology and enjoy your replacement cartridge
- Should the failure of the cartridge be due to user error, such as labels stuck inside the cartridge or the cartridge being dropped, our warranty is not applicable and an invoice for the replacement cartridge would be issued.
We will pick up all cartridges suspected of a defect at no charge when we deliver a replacement cartridge. Just give us a call and we will take care of the details!
